Suhaili has been in education business since 2000. She started her own kindergarten and tuition centers. Without a mentor or coach to train business skills, the first 8 years has been difficult years for her to achieve success and growing business.
In 2013, with 3 business partners, they managed to build 4 kindergartens, 4 child care centers and 1 tuition center operating in Bandar Baru Bangi, Kajang, Putrajaya and Serdang with 7000 children and families in 2000-2013.
She was appointed as PERTIM EXCO, an Islamic Kindergarten Association in Malaysia for 2012-2014.
Over 14 years in the field of education and early childhood, she has coached thousands of early childhood educators across the country.
In 2010, she focused in business coaching in education industry for existing entrepreneurs or want-to-be entrepreneurs. She devoted all his efforts to help business owners through training, entrepreneurship programs, seminars, and ‘personal coaching’. She is helping entrepreneurs to start their business without loan and at minimal cost.
She started to expand her reach in June 2013, where her team launched a chain of kindergartens with the concept of centralized management and innovation business model; open partnership, namely Tadika ABS or Tadika Aktif, Bijak, Santun. It is also a platform where kindergarten entrepreneurs are able to expand their business and make their business as a legacy inherited.
