Passionate about alternative education, she has designed a transformative learning ecosystem that integrates entrepreneurship, experiential learning, and holistic development, equipping students with real-world skills beyond conventional academics. As the driving force behind Akademi Bakat ABS, a social enterprise, Suhaili champions community-driven initiatives in sustainability, green projects, STEM, local wisdom, and social entrepreneurship. Through these programs, she provides students with immersive, hands-on experiences that foster financial literacy, leadership, STEM proficiency, and entrepreneurial thinking. Beyond education, Suhaili is committed to empowering women through leadership and business training, equipping them with the skills to thrive in professional and entrepreneurial landscapes. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, Suhaili is passionate about bridging the gap between education and industry. She advocates for co-creation, continuous assessment, and a growth mindset, working through strategic partnerships to drive innovation and inclusivity in education. Her mission is to cultivate future-ready individuals who are creative thinkers, problem-solvers, and changemakers in their communities.
